This form can be used by adult residents of Orange County. Others can find more information about how to register for a library card in person at one of our locations. A Florida driver’s license or ID number is required to process your library card application online in order to verify your identity.
Your library card will be mailed to you within two weeks. Once you receive your library card in the mail it will be in a temporary status while we conduct the verification process, which will take two weeks from the date you submit the library card application. While in this temporary status you will have the opportunity to check out up to five items. If your library card application cannot be processed you will be notified.
