Orange County Library district resident (excludes Cities of Winter Park and Maitland) and Orange County property owners can access the Center by having an Orange County Library card in good standing. The cardholder must have a recent photo on the account, date of birth entry and valid e-mail address on their Library account. In addition, the cardholder must participate in a General Orientation which lasts one hour. Users can sign up for the orientation online. After completing the General Orientation, Orange County Library cardholders will have access to the editing workstations in the common areas, the editing bays, sound booths and the creative workstations.
