I want to request an item, but my only option is Add to List. What does this mean?

If the only option is to add an item to a list, this means the title is not requestable for home delivery. Material which can't be placed on hold for home delivery, like a reference item or Entertainment DVD, won't have a Request button or link, "Request home delivery."

In some instances, when all copies of a title are in transit and on hold, you will also find there is no "Request This Item" button. In these rare cases, staff can place the hold on your behalf ((407) 835-7323).
