For Orange County Library System cardholders who want to delve deeper into current events or their favorite hobby, RBdigital offers online access to current issues of dozens of high-quality magazines that would collectively cost an individual subscriber hundreds of dollars a year. Each magazine issue must be checked out individually. They can be read on the RBdigital website on a regular computer or using the app on a tablet or smartphone. It is available in Apple’s App StoreGoogle Play or on the Kindle Fire. Watch this video tutorial for guidance on using the app – the relevant piece for magazines starts at 2:43. If you are interested in buying a tablet for reading but not sure how to choose one, check out our buyer’s guide for tablets and e-readers.
