AARP Volunteers will provide free income tax assistance to attendees to be seen on a, first come, first serve basis., Attendees will need to have a valid ID, Social Security Card, and any necessary tax forms including: Valid photo id and Social Security cards or other official documentation for all individuals and dependents. Copy of last year's income tax returns W-2 form from each employer Unemployment compensation statements SSA-1099 form if you were paid Social Security benefits All 1099 forms showing interest and/or dividends, as well as, documentation showing the original purchase price on your sold assets 1099 forms if you received a pension or annuity All forms indicating federal income tax paid Childcare provider information (name, employer ID, Social Security number) Medical insurance coverage forms -- 1095-A, 1095-B, and/or 1095-C that taxpayers may have received.
