Customer Service is a priority for the Orange County Library System and our staff. Staff are here to assist you with the use of Library services, facilities, collections, and equipment. Staff are able to help you locate resources for E-government assistance from a wide range of agencies but are prohibited from:
Helping you choose which forms may be best suited for your use.
Completing forms or applications that require personal information.
Answering questions regarding the responses to questions in any forms or applications.
Making suggestions required for forms, applications or any other written documents.
Serving as witness for the submission of any documents.
Questions regarding any of these actions should be directed to the agency or organization to whom the form, application or other written communication is directed.
