Before You Start:
You will need your Social Security number, date of birth, income information, asset information (vehicles, checking account, savings account, etc.), housing expenses, health insurance information and driver’s license or state-issued ID card.
Food Stamps, Temporary Cash Assistance and Medicaid, and Unemployment Compensation.
