Terms to Know!

"Contract of Carriage"

Use this as a search term in a search engine along with the name of your airline. You should find documents that tell you what your airline will or will not do for you if problems arise with your flight.

"RSS" (Really Simple Syndication)

If you use air travel often, you might want to subscribe to your favorite air travel websites' RSS feeds. With an RSS feed, the website sends the information directly to you so you don’t have to constantly check that website. Many air travel websites have RSS feeds and you can get alerts about cheap airfare and other flight information. Read more about how you can subscribe to an RSS feed.
