Camp Savvy 2015

Become Technology Savvy @ the Library

Are you up to the challenge? Learn about new and exciting computer programs this summer and become the savviest of them all! Have fun while becoming Technology Savvy and be eligible to WIN COOL PRIZES! Camp Savvy is a program designed for children ages 6-12. Classes for Kids include Computer Explorer, Easy Typing, The Virtual Painter, Animated Talking Books, Exploring Electronics, Building 3D Models and many more fun and exciting programs.

Melrose Camps

With courses ranging from Digital Arts to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math), the Melrose Camps give students a chance to explore and learn in a fun and exciting environment with hands-on activities in the Dorothy Lumley Melrose Center. A materials fee of $25 applies for each camp. Registration is required with a library card in good standing, in the registrant's name. To register, please call us at 407.835.7323 or visit any of our locations in person. Payment must be received to secure a seat, and seats are limited, so register today!

Most classes are free to Orange County district resident cardholders, Fee cardholders, and Orange County Property Owner cardholders. Some classes include a fee to cover the cost of used materials. Users who reside outside the Library's service area may attend by paying a non-refundable fee at time of registration prior to class time. Please check event details for applicable fees. Where they apply, registration fees must be paid prior to class time. To pay for your class please call us at 407.835.7323 or visit any of our locations in person. A $5 late cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation is not made the day prior. Registration is required.
