If you've updated to iOS7 and are unable to open an e-book through the OverDrive app, be sure to update to the latest version of the app (v3.0.2). After updating the app you may be prompted to re-authorize the app with your Adobe ID. Refer to the iOS section of this Help article from OverDrive Support for assistance.
Before you fill out the form below, we may be able to help. Do any of the questions below describe your problem?
There is a known issue with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) and ePub e-books. If you are reading an ePub title on an iOS device and the book pages stop loading, please try restarting the OverDrive Media Console app. Learn how to restart the app.
If none of these describe your situation then complete the OverDrive Help Request form below and we'll troubleshoot the problem you are experiencing. If you're experiencing an issue with your library card PIN, please contact the library at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 407.835.7323.
