Reciprocal Borrower Card for residents of the city of Winter Park and the city of Maitland

Through interlocal agreements, residents of the city of Winter Park and residents of the city of Maitland may apply for a library card with the Orange County Library System. Please present a valid library card from your own library and a current Florida Driver's License or Florida Identification Card showing your correct residential street address. Maitland city residents also need a letter of Good Standing from Maitland Library.

Reciprocal Borrowing privileges include visiting any of our locations and checking out circulating materials that are on the shelf. Holds may not be placed by reciprocal borrowers. Those under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present identification and accept financial responsibility for their card. The library card is valid for one year.
