Squirt's 10th Birthday Party

It's the 10th birthday of the Orange County Library System mascot, Squirt -- and children of all ages came out to wish him a happy birthday, play party games and eat birthday cake. Celebrations were held all across the system -- check out the fabulous parties right here!
