E-mail service is primarily intended for residents and cardholders of the Orange County Library System. For non-residents, service regarding some unique materials in the collection especially related to local history and genealogy, is available for a pre-paid fee. Requests for information from non-cardholder out-of-district residents may be searched for a pre-paid charge of $30.00 for up to 30 minutes of staff time including up to 10 photocopies, from print, film, fiche, or online resources. This service is intended to allow out of district residents to have access to the Orange County Library System's holdings of local history and genealogy materials. These include the Orlando Sentinel articles and obituaries, city directories, cross reference directories, phone books, and material in our Genealogy collection.
If you desire this service, pre-payment may be made by credit card by calling Questline (407.835.7323) or by cash, cashier’s checks, or money orders for $30 made out to Orange County Library System sent to Questline, Reference Service, Orlando Public Library, 101 E. Central Blvd., Orlando, FL 32801. We do not accept personal checks.
