Driving Simulator Orientation & Assessment

Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Melrose Center Registration Required

Learn to drive with the Ultra Driving Simulator in realistic road conditions. Practice safety and defensive driving. Instruction will cover the use of the equipment and software. After completing the instruction take an assessment that will allow you to reserve the driving simulator during scheduled lab time. Cardholders must be 18 years old or older. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years of age). You must be present at the scheduled start time to be admitted. ASSESSMENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: Must attend the Melrose Center's General Orientation.

Audio Studio Orientation and Assessment: Live Room

Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Melrose Center Registration Required

Tour the Audio Studio. Learn the Studio workflow, procedures and best practices. This is a prerequisite class to gain access to the Melrose Center Audio Studio. To register call 407-835-7323. Prior to booking the Audio Studio Live Room, users must participate in this assessment to show proficiency in using the equipment. A Live Room booking does not include access to the Control Room, the C24 Control Surface, or Pro Tools software. The recording that you make in the Live Room does not provide a file that allows separate channel editing. To register for this assessment, cardholders must be 18 years old or older.
