Photo Studio Orientation and Assessment

Monday, March 02, 2015 at Melrose Center Registration Required

Tour the Photography Studio. Learn the Photography Studio workflow, procedures and best practices. Individual photography assessments are available after the orientation. Prior to booking the photo studio, users must participate in an assessment to show proficiency in using the photo studio equipment. This is a prerequisite class to gain access to the Melrose Center Photography Studio. Recommended Audience: Adult ASSESSMENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: To register for this orientation and/or assessment, cardholders must attend the General Orientation for the Melrose Center and must be at least 18 years of age. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years of age). You must be present at the scheduled start time to be admitted. #tic #phototic

Tour the Melrose Center Video Studio in this introductory class. Learn about the Melrose Center's video production equipment, class course track, assessment, and everything leading to and after studio reservations. Orientation ends with a chroma key green screen demo of the ATEM multi-camera switcher. Hydraulic Excavator Simulator Orientation & Assessment

Tuesday, March 03, 2015 at Melrose Center Registration Required

Learn to drive a Hydraulic Excavator in lifelike construction site conditions. Practice digging trenches and driving with realistic controls. Instruction will cover the use of the equipment and software. After completing the instruction take an assessment that will allow you to reserve the Hydraulic Excavator simulator during scheduled lab time.
