Mexican film history gets an amusing and personal overhaul in Perdida as Viviana Garcia Besne, of the Calderon dynasty, liberates skeletons from closets and footage from vaults in an earnest and hilarious effort to clear things up about her family's unorthodox contributions to art. Recommended for ages 13 and up.
