Through film and a slide presentation, Lynn Unruh, PhD, RN will discuss the extent of genetically modified food in the American diet, and its risk to human health and future food production. She will discuss policies to curb the presence of genetically modified organisms (GMO) in our food. Dr. Unruh is Professor of Health Services Administration in the Department of Health Management and Informatics at the University of Central Florida. Registration recommended.
