The Consulate of Mexico in Orlando proudly presents Times of Danzón, an exhibition by Mexican photographer Cristina Kahlo. The images by the niece of the renowned Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, were taken over a period of four years. They showcase Mexico’s traditional ballroom dancing customs and explore the mood, character and atmosphere that surrounds such dance. The exhibition will be on display on the first floor of the Orlando Public Library.

Photographer Les Jackson displays his collection of cloud formations. The artist's photograph collection results from his fascination with the unique forms, textures and lighting of the clouds in Florida's skies.

Call to Artists
Women in the Arts, Inc. and the Orange County Library System are inviting professional, female artists to submit their work to be exhibited during Women’s History Month. Five finalists will be chosen from the entries submitted. Selected art will be featured in the upcoming Celebrating the Genius of Women exhibition at the Orlando Public Library in March and April 2013.
