Celebrating Africa and Black History

Trace the history of mankind back to the motherland where it all began, beautiful Africa.  From diverse wildlife to indigenous civilizations, cultural representatives from Walt Disney World’s International Programs will show you how Africa’s long history helped shape its art and culture.  Representatives from various African countries will present a wide variety of artwork, linguistic information, handmade items, traditions, fashion and more. 

This ongoing program series is an opportunity to celebrate the diverse cultures that represent members of our local community.  Each event will include programs to highlight the history, customs and traditions of a specific culture.  Programs will also include the fashions and foods of the featured culture.  For more information please call 407. 835.7481.
