Award-winning chef and food writer Dawn Viola will make several classic comfort foods, each with a twist. The menu will feature individual Italian meatloaves with balsamic tomato reduction, wilted greens with lemon and prosciutto chips, macaroni and cheese with pancetta and white wine and vanilla custard bread pudding with cardamom caramel sauce. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample each dish. Space is limited. Call 407.835.7323 to register.
