Online Class: What’s New in Office 2007 and an Introduction to Windows Vista
Become familiar with the new features of Microsoft Office 2007 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access. You will also be introduced to Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows Vista.

Create professional slide shows with animations and slide transitions.

Microsoft Excel Series - September 12
Create professional spreadsheets with formulas, charts and pivot tables.

Microsoft Access Series - September 13
Create a basic database to track and present data within tables, queries, forms and reports.

Microsoft Outlook Series - September 14
Create e-mails, appointments, a contact list, folders, and assign tasks.

Open Lab: Resume Writing - September 21
Need to create a resume but you’re unsure where to start? Let our instructors assist you in creating your resume. Bring a disk or CDR to save your work. Recommended Prerequisite: Microsoft Word Level 1

.: Microsoft Office: How to make text superscript or subscript

  1. Select the text to be formated as superscript or subscript.
  2. On the Format menu, click the Font menu, and then click on the Font tab.
  3. Select the Superscript or Subscript check box.     

Try these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

  • Superscript: Press CTRL+SHIFT+=  
  • Subscript: Press CTRL+=
