Storybook Fun is a 25-30 minute program featuring picture books, activities, songs and flannel board stories for preschool age children. Our program gives caregivers and children the opportunity to share, listen and enjoy stories together.
Toddler Time is a 20 minute program featuring picture books, rhymes, songs, activities, finger plays and flannel board stories. Our program gives caregivers and toddlers the opportunity to share, listen and enjoy stories together.

The construction of the West Oaks Branch was funded by the Library System and a Florida Library Construction Grant.
A special feature at West Oaks is the sculpture "The Squid Squad" by local artist Vince Sansone. The piece won "Best in Show" at the 1999 Fiesta in the Park. The Fiesta Committee purchased the sculpture and donated it to the Library.
