How can I create a new PIN?
If you do not have a PIN on your library card account:
- At the online library card account login screen, enter your name, library card number (from the back of your card), and leave the PIN space blank.
- Click on Submit.
- A new box will appear that asks you to enter and confirm your PIN selection. Your PIN must be 4-8 characters without dashes or spaces.
- Click Submit.
You will now be in your library account online. You can always change your PIN with the “Modify Your PIN” button.
If you have previously created a PIN for your library card account, but can't remember what it is, you can use the "Forgot PIN?" link on the sign in page. The ability to reset your PIN will be sent to the email address on your account. If you don't have an email address on your account, please contact the library with your name and card number, so that we may send you a PIN for entry into your account.
