I'm having trouble viewing the items I have checked out.
Are you having trouble viewing your checked-out items because you're having trouble logging in to your online library card account? Follow these instructions to login:
From the catalog homepage or Library Web site, click on "Log in to My Account". Enter your name, library card number, and PIN. Click on Submit. If you do not have a PIN, leave that box blank and click on Submit. You will then be prompted to create a PIN.
You may not be seeing the items you have checked out if:
- you don't click on the link that says # of items currently checked out
- you aren't scrolling down on the page to see the list below
- you don't have anything checked out (but think they do)
