How can I request a title for home delivery using the computer?

If you'd like to have an item sent to your home, first find the title in the catalog (http://iii.ocls.info).

Once you have found the title in the catalog that you are interested in receiving at home, click on the Request Home Delivery button or the Request button and enter your name, card number, and PIN. It is not necessary to fill in the Cancel if not filled by fields. Once you click the Submit button, you will be taken to a screen which informs you whether or not the request has been successful.
