What is an MP3 CD?

An MP3 CD is a book on compact disc in MP3 format. Generally this means books that would normally take 10-12 discs are now on one disc. The MP3 CD is encoded in MP3 format and will only play on CD players that are MP3 compatible.

These discs are formatted to be easily transferred to a computer and then to a portable device like an iPod or other mp3 player.

If that doesn't answer your question, try searching for another question, or contact Circulation.
