I have a printing problem with HeritageQuest - page does not fit on printout.

Some of the files/documents in Heritage Quest are too large to fit on standard paper when printing via the browser's Print option.

1. Download the file to the user's computer. (Make sure you remember the path. The Desktop is a safe, easy-to-find place to save the file.)
2. Then open Photo Editor (or Imaging). The program will depend on the operating system, but either should work.

The programs can be found by clicking on Start, then Programs, and then Accessories.

1. Open the downloaded file through Photo Editor (or Imaging).
2. Click on File, then Print. A window should appear.
3. Set the options to fit to page.

In Photo Editor, click on File, then Print. To automatically resize the image to fill the page, click to select the Fit To Page check box.

In Imaging, go to Image Options. Then, where it says Print Format, click the down arrow and select Fit to Page.

Print the file/document to finish.
