Why am I getting the message Sorry the information submitted was invalid. Please try again.?

The information you have entered is not recognized as valid in the system.

1. Try entering in just your last name
2. When you enter in your library card number, make sure you enter the letter P followed by nine numbers, not 'P' followed by the letter "oh"
3. Enter in your PIN

If this does not work, you may need to refresh your cache. To do this, click on View, then Refresh (on your browser menu).

If you have forgotten your PIN, please contact the Library and we will help you reset it.
