Why am I having problems connecting to Online Videos?
If you use a program such as Norton Internet Security that acts as a firewall then you may have problems viewing our Windows Media Stream. You may receive the following error, "Error C00D0032 - The server received invalid data from the client on the the control connection".
Here are some possible solutions to the problem:
- Disable UDP Protocol
- Open Windows Media Player
- Choose "Tools" on the top menu
- Choose "Options" in the Tools menu
- Click on the "Network" tab
- Uncheck UDP and Press on the "OK" button below
- Norton's Ad-Blocking features of NIS/NPF should be disabled. To see more information on this please view this support document at the Symantic website: Norton Internet Security blocks web radio or video service.
- Exit any other Firewall or Ad-Blocking Software.
- Exit or bypass any third party proxy software.
