Art Revolution for Teens presents...

Teens Can Cook

Chef Morgan Fakess of Le Cordon Bleu came out to talk to our teens about the culinary field. She helped us make some chocolate goodies. The teens had a lot of fun and went home with aprons to start their cooking careers.

Okay, let's get cooking.

The star of the show today is chocolate!!!

Cutting the chocolate

First cut the chocolate. Be careful the chocolate will get angry if you don't do it right.

Mixing the chocolate

Now we heat and mix the chocolate. By the way I was kidding about the angry chocolate thing.

pouring the chocolate

Teen volunteers help pour the chocolate into the molds.

Setting the molds of chocolate.

Taking the chocolate out

After some chillin' it's time to take the chocolate out.

Teens Can Cook with Chef Morgan Fakess from Le Cordon Bleu was a lot of fun. A.R.T.: Art Revolution for Teens is funded in part by the Hot Topic Foundation. What will we do next?
