Teens Can Cook

Chef Morgan Fakess of Le Cordon Bleu came out to talk to our teens about the culinary field. She helped us make some chocolate goodies. The teens had a lot of fun and went home with aprons to start their cooking careers.

Chocolate

The star of the show today is chocolate!!!

First cut the chocolate. Be careful the chocolate will get angry if you don't do it right.

Now we heat and mix the chocolate. By the way I was kidding about the angry chocolate thing.
