Ode to the Ocean
By: Christine S.
Ocean, oh ocean, you are so deep
Your beauty fills the vast of the world
We think we know all about you
But you hide your secrets deep within
You house some of the most mysterious animals
And make us wonder
About what you truly are
You are not merciful dear ocean
For you take your victims without second thought
And yet we still visit you
Trying to understand
What you truly are.
