Car Shapes Activity
Materials: construction paper (any color, and black), scissors, glue, tin foil (optional) and something to color with
Instructions:
- Cut a large semicircle from the construction paper (for the car's body)
- Cut two smaller semicircles from the same color of construction paper (to form the wheel wells)
- Cut two circles out of black paper (for the tires)
- Cut out two smaller circles from gray paper or tin foil (for the hubcaps)
- Glue the large semicircle in the middle of a large piece of paper. (Flat side down)
- Glue the two small semi circles to the ends of the large semi-circle for wheel wells. (Flat side down)
- Glue the black circles inside the wheel wells for the tires
- Glue the smaller gray circles on the black ones for hubcaps OR glue the circles from foil to make shiny hubcaps
- Draw features like a steering wheel, the door and a driver
