Orange County Property Owner Card (except Winter Park and city of Maitland)

Individuals who own property and are personally named on a Current Property Tax Receipt are entitled to free library service upon presentation of the current tax receipt and a photo identification. The individual eligible for the card may then identify residents in their household who may be eligible to receive cards for that same service period. This identification must be presented every four years.
