Get Your Card - Orange County Library System Card Types
The Orange County Library System is pleased to offer a variety of Library Cards.

Card holder must be:
- 18 years or over
- A resident of Orange County (except city of Winter Park and the city of Maitland)
Card holder must be:
- 17 years or younger
- Resident of Orange County (except city of Winter Park and the city of Maitland)
Card holder must be:
- Orange County property owner, except in the city of Winter Park and city of Maitland
Fee cards are available to anyone residing outside of our service area.
The fee card will provide access to:
- Our circulating material on the shelf
- Remote access to databases
- Provide access to computer use in any of our locations
Fee cards are non-refundable and are available for 3 months ($75), 6 months ($100) or for one year ($125)
Reciprocal borrower cards are available to those residing in Brevard, Lake, Osceola, Polk or Seminole counties, or residents in the city of Winter Park or Maitland
The PC Pass is available for $10 which will provide you with computer access for up to 2 sessions a day for 7 days
Value cards used to pay for copies from photocopiers and printouts from computers at the downtown (Main) library, Herndon, North Orange, South Creek, Southeast, Alafaya, South Trail, Hiawassee, West Oaks, Edgewater, Winter Garden, Washington Park, and Southwest.
Photos
We can place your photo in our system as an added tool for identity. The pictures are not to be considered an absolute deterrent against others using your card. You are responsible to provide us with immediate notice if you lose your card.
If you register for your card in person, we can place your photo in the system at the time of registration. If you receive your card through the mail after registering online, we can add the photo at your request when you visit any OCLS location.
