The course consisted of assigned readings, lecture videos, individual assignments, and team assignments.  It required a time commitment of approx-8 hours per week from Feb.- April 2013. This graduate business course helped participants improve their ability to manage innovation in organizations by diagnosing innovation constraints and developing strategies for overcoming the constraints.
